To a struggling artist, the prospect of a paying job seems inviting but the reality threatens to kill her imagination.

Butterflies is a multi award winning stop motion animation directed by Isabel Peppard featuring the voices of Rachel Griffiths as Claire, Nicholas Hope as Dalton Hearst, Henry Nixon as Mean Boy and introducing Honey Spence as Young Claire.

Butterflies was extremely well received around the globe, screening in hundreds of festivals and scooping numerous awards including Best Animated Short Film, Cinequest, USA, the Yoram Gross Award for Animation at the Sydney Film Festival, and the ATOM (Australian Teachers of Media) Animation award. Over 50 kilograms of silicone was used to make all of the moulds and puppets.
